The company faces challenges in reaching potential clients because clients also need to meet specific document and requirement criteria. Additionally, the company hired ''me'' the only one Social Media Marketing Manager on the team, who is responsible for handling multiple accounts across all branches, guiding agents in their social media needs, and overseeing all marketing duties and responsibilities of the team.

Strategies

The Social Media Manager communicate with the team and other departments to ensure that she will understand the overall company profiles, services, and current status of the company. She also conducted an Audit on each social media accounts and make sure the company profile are all optimized and to understand previous content strategies.
